Is There a Logistical S Curve in Technology?
If you look at how technologies generally unfold overtime, they often follow this kind of logistical s curve. In the early days it's very slow, then all of a sudden it hits and it inflects upward fast. And then it kind of slopes off as it reaches saturation, right? That's a common pattern, yeobably, presumably, right? Right? The tv was a kind of explosive growth in that part of the that that fast rising part of the s curve. But if you look at something like a nuclear explosion, there's not a point in the curve where it becomes smoothly integrated. It just kind of destroys everything around it, right?
