The Dark Net and the Drug Users' Bible

The dark net was always a major source of drugs for consumers. The vendors actually sell their drugs to consumers on markets, which are sort of similar to eBay. So the idea that if I could introduce the drug users' Bible, the free copy at that point, the consumer would have immediately available - it's better than buying from some guy in a puffed roost you've never heard of.
