Italy adopted a brace's anti semitic policy by 19 38, and had introduced race laws in italy that were very similar to the nuremberg laws. Libia was, at that time an italian colony. Its the peace that italy had managed to bite out of africa, as it were. And officially, the race laws were supposed to be applied in libya as well. Meanwhile, pretty much at the same time, france surrendered. The vice regime came into existence. It also instituted anti semitic race laws.
