I would estimate that a good 70% of people who have issues with constipation would be solved by simply eating adequate amount of fiber and drinking enough water. When you store your stool for longer than you should, it can cause buildup of things like estrogen which leads to overeating in modern society. If you feel good, you tend to eat in a more healthy way; when you feel bad,you tend to eat worse off.
