Why You May Want to Have a Mempool?

There's multiple reasons why you may want to know that. Part of it is altruism. You just want to help spread those transactions because it's got to go to a miner somehow. The other is that, well, if you're waiting for somebody to pay you, it's nice to get a notification at least that something is on its way. And the third reason is that once there is a new block, you'll learn about it more quickly if you have this mempool.
