How to Make Good Decisions
For consistency sake, for showing up every day. If if i get up and go through a set set of processes in the morning, then the rest of the day seems to go better. I still don't work out as much as as i probably should. I don't eat right all the time. But when i do those things, magically the other aspects of life seem to go, seem to go better as well. And it works both ways. If you start out with bad decisions, it'll probably keep going, keep going in th same direction.
