A Aurora database would be an example of a static resource once you create it, you're unlikely to delete it. Or maybe if you have backups. VPCs, S3 buckets, Lambdas, things like that. VPNs, a bank integrates with so many providers and everybody wants to side to side VPN. That also has to be considered as well. We want to unify how those things are created. But, and here's the emphasis, we want to make sure they can be created.
