The Reduction of Political Potential in the US
There is no civil society in Georgia on its own unless it is from the outside funded and completely supported by outside forces. People themselves, what they call the civil society does not represent the people at all. And a recent study on US quote unquote democracy showed that the opinions of American people have literally zero impact on policy. This is kind of how capitalism functions. It's not going to ever allow the people to really challenge the interests of those with money and power at the top of capitalist societies.
