And the order of these in which they play out, particularly from housing to orders to profits employment, always works in that order. We've got the Fed raising rates now for just over 12 months. The Fed's first rate hike was March 16th of 2022. That's what drives its marginal changes that really drive markets activity. It doesn't mean it can't be 16 or 20 months in some cycles. But what you see though is that we still have most of the effect of the Fed tightening cycle ahead of us
