We Need a Collaborative Narrative

Human beings are social animals. We actually need each other to be healthy. It's as important as food and water and shelter. When we start to recognize the collaborative imperative, that doesn't mean the individual imperative is rejected or deleted. As we move to a more collaborative business model, we can still maintain a competitive edge. I certainly think if we want to emerge smarter from this crisis, we need to be wiser.
