The Benefits of Gratitude for Loneliness
When we're feeling lonely in a bit shit it can't you know like I said just now it can be so incredibly tempting to indulge those feelings because they are so damn familiar. It is almost as if we become addicted to feeling bad and it just feels so much easier to give in to those emotions than it does to actually do something to lift yourself out of them. So choose to really lean into the things that are good for you because you will feel so much better for it okay another thing that really helps with loneliness but gratitude, research shows that practicing gratitude can significantly reduce feelings of loneliness.
