Quantification Matters More Than Quantification

An emotional pitch does beat a rational pitch. Contrast matters more in the sense of merely presenting quantified results that might happen is not nearly as as powerful as presenting a contrast between the results a prospect is missing today and what they may attain in the future. The winning condition with quantified before and after emotional results was actually the longest written condition.
