How Data Fees Can Stifle Trading Performance

I shut down my fund primarily because the data fees got so excessive. I had three or four different platforms, all different sorts of things that they could do. And for each different one, I had to pay a whole full set of data fees. So when the exchange went to this model of the professional fees, you know, all of a sudden I was paying like $6,000 a month just for the data fees. It was actually even a little bit more than that. The audit process and the audits just doubled in cost,. You know, and the attorneys and doubling cost and oh, yeah, because you always have to have attorneys.
