The Fed Can't Create People

Prices have moved over, let's call it the last 24-30 months, probably 25-30% across the country. How much of what has gone up in a house is actually too reasonable given the fact that material costs have gone up and it's harder to find people who to work. The Fed can't create people, I mean don't you have to destroy the economy to some degree in order to make it so many people are tossed out of work so that then you can find labor not expensive? Sometimes it is a little counterintuitive the way they have to do this.
