The Nip Family and Sheriff Joe Russell
Molly Miller and Colt Haines went missing after a police chase on the night they were last seen. Sheriff Joe Russell's son, con Nip, was later convicted of trafficking methamphetamine. Con Nip is now facing charges for crimes he committed while his relative was the sheriff. The family will not allow law enforcement to search their very large property. OSBI has changed this from a missing person's case to a homicide case. These are homicides, not missing people.
