The Importance of Diversity in a Team

When I think about building a team, I really think about diversity in this really strange definition of diversity. It means like really trying to find people who spike in areas that we don't have right now or in areas that are unusual. And then when they come in, we really try to unlock what they have to offer and really unlock their creativity. So most of the projects that we've made progress on was because of someone's creative impulse. The interview process is quite arduous but after that, you know, we really trust is given.
