Movie Review - John Carter and the Gods of Hollywood

There are a ton of reasons that that movie collapsed and failed, and we don't necessarily need to get into him rght now. A lot of it comes down to, it was in production during the time that disney acquired lucas and marvelled. And so disney was like, well, we've got this one really cool, successful adventure thing that appeals to a certain demographic. That's one of the many reasons. The larger point, and the reason i bring that up, is because, regardless of the quality of the john carter movie, it was seen as derivative, derivative.
