Scaling Up a Project Team
intract has multiple projects, a like running in parallel at the studio at all times. The individual project tems for us are typically slightly smaller so i think we consider more of si for to a maximum of six people to work well for us. We try our best to keep those cross functional teams altogether from start through execution to the end. There's always work to do for everyone, which is like a slight shift from how we thought work would happen at the beginning. I see absolutely no benefit in creating a project team of 15 people aso.
