"We saw a lot of potential and we felt not mad just disappointed but mad also you were saying about us how you love stand-up," Dunham said. "I think as a memoirist you really have to walk a fine line between sharing yourself and keeping something for yourself that the public can't dissect just to stay sane" She says she feels like Lena is no different than her because they both worry about being infertile or having an endometriosis diagnosis. The comedian's new book will be released on September 14.
