Is This a Good Thing for Pitchers?

Mike Downey: I don't have a sense yet of whether this is going to be like, a huge break through when it comes to baseball analysis. But i think something like that could definite be weaponized by picchers. If there's anything pitchers need, it's more weapons. And then, you know, like i said, maybe this adds more context to agent curves. Maybe this helps us with a, i mean, i hate using the world luck when we come to these things but if we can kind of get deeper into why slugging point has been declining? Probably not, but  it would be something new in our toolkit.
