Sofia: It's really important to make sureh when somebody interviews a candidate, they write up their notes. I think sometimes we get over bias by how good the interview was, how much we liked that person. Every one has bad days. Different personalities clash, this kind of thing. And at the early stages of the company, i think founders should be reading all the interview notes. Ultimately, its their company, and the buckstocks with them.
