Creating Emotional Emotions

I think one of the most frustrating truths that i've heard is that people make decisions based on emotion and ot logic. So in terms of, of course, the a bastuff, being a salesman, which i, again, parallel o presentation. Ah, wo, have to create emotion that they vibe with. I get that inspiration kind of comes ranidly sometimes, but it's just a way over used phrase.
