The iOS 13 Files App to Pin a Folder
iOS 13 offered you the ability in the files app to pin a folder like there was a an a file. You could pin files and folders to say I always want to keep these items saved offline right? The feature was pulled over the summer it shipped in June 2019 and a few beta versions were released but never came back just like that.
