There's a link to certain vision s, to totrama the body. There is ways to reset that trama or to alleviate the traman system through different modalities such as sound therapy and even lpsychadelc therapy. And i'm sure you know right now we are incredibly disconnected from nature en living indoors all the time, on the computer all the time. So anyway, its very interesting books, and it kind of gives me hope that it's possible ifif you can really seek out the right environment.
