Is There a Timeline for the Justice Department?
The official answer is five years from the Commission of the Defense, typically is a statute of limitations for most crimes. The other problem is that you just run into a political calendar when things change. A new Justice Department could certainly stop or suspend any of these investigations that are ongoing now. Anything's going to take at least a year to get to trial.
