The Cycle of Demography and History

Theory goes back to this theory from Thomas Kuhn that there's a paradigm. And for America between the war and let's say 2013, the paradigm was what is called neoliberal internationalism. So it was assumed that whether you were Barack Obama or George W. Bush or Mitt Romney or Richard Nixon, you were working within a paradigm. It stopped working for a lot of people in 2013. There's a large group of Americans who don't believe in American participation abroad.
