The Lord's Throat
The book of hebrews uses this verse in a messianic manner. Many, such as robertson and wrens, take it to be referring to the vision itself. However, anderson makes the case that the pronoun should be under d to refer to the lord. He is the one whose arrival is expected, not merely the appointed time of the vision. The vision or the coming of the lord might seem at times to delay, but the lord or the vision won't be late, and the coming of them is sure.
