The SEC's Rule for Delay in Cyber Incidents
The SEC says you can file a request for delay that you would basically get the agreement with the attorney general if there is belief that the incident shouldn't be disclosed to the public. The question is, how do you do that? How do you get the attorney general on the line to agree with that? Ben Yellen: I think since you had the conversation with her, that rule is finalized and is now in place.
