I'm a big fan to your book, toractivity ink. At our company, sesium, it's actually required reading. And i was wondering if you can share some of your advice with the community here on how to build a great culture and a heticulture derivation within a company. We want to do some key questions. But before i jump into this, i want to ask you about leadership and culture. You start off with the assumption that people want to do something, but then you get into a company and they deliver products. A kind of trunks the the values of developing the people and supporting them.
