What Should I Charge for Versus What to Leave Open Source?
I wanted to switch gears a little bit and talk about your journey as a venture back company. What did you have at that point, and kind of maybe talk about what was hard about raising your first venture round. And what were some of the things that you learned? I really like that framing of whether it's something that everybody's going to use or a subset of enterprise. It's something that every open source founder struggles with. If you have a misstep on it, then I can have huge consequences to just how your community views you.
