I don't know what i would do if you want to create these work places. I have always had people come in at will, and we had an intentional lunch every week. If you're really ambitious, figure out a way to get into the office. We will see where it goes. It makes me sad to think about all these people stuck in their little offices, in its zoom. It's kind of sad and lonely existence. If you don't work place is a great place. This is a really interesting topic, and you're right, this, figuring this out is going to be very difficult,. There's no good answer, actually.
