Can We Keep Spent Fuel in Cement Cylinders?

I think it's a dead end to just from economics perspective but a lot of people advocate for it. We're rediscovering something that's 50 years old, essentially that the Canadians have been doing all along. And then we can do what, you know, back in the day when we were still talking enthusiastically about the full fuel cycle. It doesn't make any sense to produce a bunch of you two 33 like that doesn't makes any hats.
