Vagrant - What Is the First Project, What Does It Take?
In the first year that Vagrant existed, it did 100 downloads, 90 of them were me and Mitchell. And then in the first maybe two years, it was just an incredible amount of boots on the ground evangelism. You kind of knew the first 1000 users by name or face because you were talking to them on IRC. Terraform for the first two years, if you looked at its adoption was almost like a flat line. It took another few years before we really started to feel like, okay, it's starting to build legs.
