Is it something existential that to overcome, you have to embrace the idea that this life is not only the only life you ever get, but its livit as if you would live it over and over and over again? Or is it not axistential, as its somehow psychological, like you have to? And i think it's an open question as to what, if any, or all of those things that it could be doing.
