A big one was in 2008, 2007, late 2000s, financial crisis. We owned a mortgage company, Delta Financial. They got caught with a significant amount of mortgages on their warehouse lines and the music stopped on the securitize. So that's an example of, we're not going to be doing any mortgage companies in the near future.We haven't done any since then either. And so I'm a lot more leery about going into situations where there's a great amount of debt,. although we do have any businesses in our portfolio currently which have significant debt.
