How to Stay Focused in a Small Business

I don't think I really had clarity around that until about maybe four or five years into the business. Once we had settled on that, everything else became so much easier after that. And for me, it was very much about I want our customer look and feel amazing. So I guess how do you stay focused? How do you make sure plan A is right? It is having something like that. That is so crystal clear that you can just continually come back to.
