Helios airway's flight five two two was a passenger flight from larnaca, cyprus to prague in the chek republic. The captain reported take off configuration warning on and cooling equipment normal and alternate off line. At six 12 a m u t c, whichis five minutes after they departed, they were at an altitude of 12 thousand forty feet. Normally this only sounds when a plane is taking off. If it's not properly configured for the take off, like i flaps aren't extended, or it isn't in the correct configuration to easily get off the ground.
