Vibration Magic Is Dangerous

Vibration magic is dangerous. I wouldn't hand everyone a gun, right? But guns take a manufacturing process. They're not free to make. If if you could just boop someone and the have a gun, i guess. An artificial scarcity thing. Yet, there's got to be something up with this, cause some one would have stolen this thing by now.
