I love the idea of having a measure, but also a counter measure at all times. No one, anyone measure can be gamed and is not really useful on its own. I used to be intimidated by strategy because it seemed like it was always like old white men,. Like writing about strategy and ideally they all had a military background. It just in some way it felt like strategy wasn't for me. And that's why I'm so passionate about this now because it's actually not that complicated.
