Is a Committee an Essential for a Union Organizing Campaign?

I think having the definitions of what is a lead is important. People sort of sometimes look for the most outspoken or the mostpunctuous, ri not how you should view at leader. Can this person move other people into action? That is the only definition of a leader. And so if that person can move another person into action, regardless of their personality or their shire or outspoken, if they can move him into action, they are a leader.
