Prototyping Your Progression
If you're feeling stuck, try prototyping your progression. The aim here is to unlock new ideas and options when you feel maybe like the obvious way to develop isn't an option. So a learning goal on storytelling could be to read, watch and listen to something on storytelling every week or share that once a month with your team. If what you would like to do is lead a team for the first time, if my what in terms of progression was, I'd like to lead a team for the first time. You always find that's how this brings this to life in the best way.
