I'm wondering just because this is selfish. But maybe I think it will also help a lot of people listening as well. Can you share anything with us about your work as far as like for the people who have teenagers and you're like, you have to be the one that communicates differently. Right. So the five simple steps are it starts with managing your emotions. Yes. Okay. And that's what I hear. You think kind of where you are in your business right now.
