The idea is that if you are writing a type or creating a type installed like a vac using just vac new, it allocates behind the scenes and most of the time it's fine. But what happens if the allocation itself fails? And so this is a classic problem from like,you know, a C or like, you know, back in the day before memory was like, youknow, we had gobs of it all the time. The idea is the OS should gracefully at least try to handle and recover from these kinds of things.
