I've seen people talking about to because it is like a blatant manipulation type of like you're trying to get someone to take some piece of feedback and but then you're also trying to shape how they feel about it yes which is kind of slimy yeah. They specifically call out that if you can avoid that and instead just be direct and honest about what it is the feedback that you want to give then that's the thing that they'll remember and can improve on, otherwise it can get lost in the messaging.
