How to Make a Shorter Mash
Hayden says he's adopted the 30 minute mash and boil for most beers. The other way that he has done this is to have really really long brew days which turn out to be quite efficient too. If I prep the night before I can keep my brew days to around three and a half hours with cleaning. Hayden: "I almost never ever boil for an hour now"
