Renting Property

The average cost of a home in the us. Is anywhere from 200 to 300 thousand dollars. The average rental property makes something like emnimuses up 400 to 600 dollars a month. Instead, i'd want something where i got a better return on your time. I don't think you should have them diversified. But i'm much more interested in fuying capital ine businesses.
