Weakness Is Honesty About Who We Are, Right?
I love how in the prodigal son's story, it says, right, he came to himself the truth about his identity. And i just think that vulnerability therein lies power. When we are honest about who we are and our fallibility and our weakness and our need for god, he can be honest with us about who we can become. But when we hide, we cannot hear him say what we can becoming.
