Sometimes you just need a little bit of an extra space between something. The spacer dive is essentially just a dive that does nothing but provide space padding. In our modern component base system, this could pollute your dominant very well. But if you drop these things in in a single component, it's not like your having to use this exclusively everywhere.

In this Hasty Treat, Scott and Wes talk about margins. There are a lot of techniques for dealing with margins - padding instead of margin, only margin or padding bottom, Flexbox for everything, Grid for everything, or a spacing Div.
