The case is a direct challenge to roversus wade. The at issue is a pennsylvania law that was passed in both 19 88 and again amended in 19 89, which enacts a series of road blocks in the path of women obtaining abortions. These same restrictions were struck down as unconstitutional back in 19 86 by the supreme court under roverss wet. But when you're really thinking about the fate of row, going forward with this current conservative sucjustice majority, what you're really talking about is the fate of ofroe and casey.
