The Opportunity in the Multifamily Market

If rates stay high, there's definitely going to be opportunity for people who know how to find it. I do think we're not going to see this 2008 homeowner problems. It's an investor greed problem. If someone figures out how to create the commercial in the multifamily somehow, get the construction costs under control, then it will really rip. Then I think that stuff's getting all bought. Inconverted. Yeah. There's going to be some sort of like public, private partnership, government incentive to do that in some locations. We'll see.
